  1. Download and install the software. Run after installation.
  2. Click on Open button to load the EDB file from system.



  3. Selection of EDB file is done by clicking on Browse button.



  4. From Open windows, you will be asked to select the edb file (that has to be recovered). Either select priv.edb or pub.edb as recovery of both formats is supported. Then click on Open button.



  5. Specify the type of the EDB file selected in previous section, whether is a private database or public database. Check on Deep Scan option if the edb file is highly corrupted. Click on Ok button.



  6. EDB file scanning starts during which recovery of corrupted or damaged segments occurs. Process bas indicates the percentage of data recovered.



  7. Confirm the completion of EDB recovery and scanning process by clicking Ok button.



  8. All mailboxes are recovered and listed in tree-shaped structure. Expand any mailbox to see its folders. Select any folder to see counting of items that is shown in the left-bottom of software.



  9. Select the mailboxes to be exported into PST files. Only the selected (checked) mailboxes will be exported (by default all mailboxes are selected).



  10. Save the output PST files into desired location so provide a location in system to save them. Or a new folder can be created for saving the resultant PST files.



  11. The process for exporting mailboxes just started up; see the live exporting process with total count of every item. Even now, if any mailboxes need to be skipped then click on 'Skip This' button corresponding that mailbox.



  12. After successful exporting, click on Ok button.



  13. Go to the location where output PST files are saved.
